During my recent three-night stay, I enjoyed a serene getaway with plenty of natural beauty surrounding the resort. The spacious villa featured beautiful decor and a comfortable bed, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere. I loved the lush gardens, well-maintained pools, and proximity to a stunning beach. The breakfast menu was good, with excellent barista coffee and fresh options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit.
Can just recommend this hotel.

The room was nicely decorated and the view was stunning. The location was exceptionally nice near tennis courts and met requirements. What's more, it was right by a beautiful extensive beach stretching for long distances along the coastline both north and south, a short romantic getaway close to Sydney and restaurant...
Absolutely satisfied.

Unbeatable and excellant location, just a walk down to everywhere. Top-class staff with service in the restaurant, airy villa.

While the resort's beautiful grounds, family-friendly pools, and proximity to attractions like the Entrance Ocean Baths made for enjoyable moments, we experienced significant frustrations. The unpleasant encounter regarding an unauthorized early charge on my card and the uncomfortable bed detracted from our experience.

Stunning setting in the great area, just off a beach / lake / golf course. Wise and kind staff members with friendly and expert service. Fairly quiet and immaculate room, pool views.

Enjoyed sharing the accommodation with friends
A light over the bbq near the tennis court would have been a bonus. Also as an operator of a small business I find it abhorrent that larger companies choose to charge a % for payment made by visa card. Realising this as I booked out actually put a dampener on our stay.

The check-in process was a nightmare. I stood there for ages while three staff members behind the desk completely ignored me. Just a simple acknowledgment would've made a world of difference. Instead, it felt unwelcoming.

I liked the politeness of the staff. The food was excellant. I wish we had more of a chance to look around and check out the beach access and use more of the facilities eg tennis courts and outdoor swimming pools but unfortunatley it rained for the entire time we were there. Hopefully we can save up and come again.
The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. the food was excellant at Shallows and Barretts. Our room was wonderful next time I will make sure I get a bath in our suite.

I LOVED the spacious rooms, perfect for our family! The spa facilities were amazing, but the breakfast was disappointing. I'd consider it again, but be wary of the food pics.

The villas are fairly new I assume, they are fitted with new, modern appliences, they are furnished in a clean cut, modern manner.
Hated that there was no bathroom door for the ensuite. Like, really? No privacy in the bathroom? It doesn't matter who you are with (sister, husband, whatever), you should be able to have a shower and use the toilet without spectators. I found it ridiculous and annoying.

The lagoon pool felt like a slice of paradise! With a cocktail in hand, lounging by the water made the stress of daily life vanish faster than a magician's rabbit. the pool bar was the ultimate oasis, complete with delightful snacks and icy treats. Who knew paradise could be so close?
WiFi access could be improved.
